Since there are still no maps I can find, the best strategy is probably to protest on public sidewalks by the main entrance. Arrive early. The event starts at seven. I know that is an awful hour on a Saturday, but this is important. If you are in the area, turn out and prove that Atlanta, with its long history of civil rights work, still does not allow hate groups to walk the streets unchallenged. Park on neighborhood streets or in a nearby vacant lot. If your car looks as sketchy as mine, leave a sign explaining what you are doing. Ideally, put your cell number on it so homeowners can ascertain that you are not casing their neighborhood. Bring signs. Be civil. Theatricality is fine, but try for dignity. Try to attract attention. Be ready to answer questions if anyone asks. If it helps, write out a guideline for what you will say in advance. Wear sunscreen. You will need a water bottle.
