This man has an intellectual disability. Georgia's standard of proof in these matters, the most stringent in the country, is such that he faces the death penalty despite a 2002 Supreme Court ruling that bans the execution of such individuals. Tell the State Board of Pardons and Paroles to commute his sentence. I will try to have their contact information up soon. For now, sign the petition.
