but I’m running out of options and I’m unsure of what to do. I was always taught to never ask for help, but I’m quite frankly at the end of my rope.

My computer, which was old when I got it and lasted for much longer than I anticipated, crashed a few weeks ago and cannot be repaired. As a writer and independent researcher, this blow is twofold: not only have I lost a means of supplimental income, but I’ve also lost years of articles, information, saved webpages, and written work that I can’t even begin to attempt to recover without a new computer. I live from paycheck-to-paycheck currently (most of which goes to food, bills, and saved for healthcare reasons) and without reliable access to the internet I’m not sure how I can find jobs, continue to tackle my medical debts/address my chronic health issues, and stay out of a difficult living situation. So I’m asking for your help.
