I don’t even use my Twitter for autism related stuff. I literally only use it to follow a couple celebrities I think are cool. Plus a Dr. Doofenshmirtz account (#INATOR Fridays! :D).
But yeah, I found this seriously creepy.
And I blocked them.
That works. I prefer calling them out and watching them slink off.
